The house is warm and has lots of basic household items supplied, which is great. However, when fully occupied, the internet rarely works, and it's not soundproof at all, especially on the bottom floor. The landlord is fast to respond, but the noise can be quite bothersome.

The house itself is fine, but the best thing about it is definitely the heating, which keeps things cozy. However, the worst part is the distance from uni, making it a bit inconvenient for getting to classes. Overall, it's a mixed experience.
The house is warm, doesn't leak, and has large rooms with ensuites, but the internet is poor and rarely works. The landlord is quick to reply to queries, but it takes a long time to fix problems. Overall, the best thing about the place is its warmth, while the worst aspect is the slow response to repairs.
I really like my studio room, and having my own bathroom is definitely the best part. The landlord is practically nonexistent, but she responds to issues right away and gets them fixed as soon as possible. The only downside is the price.
