Landlord
Despite the expensive rent, the landlord was great, very attentive, and very accomodating. Apartment itself was a nice space, warm, and decently sized. The kitchen sink was an issue, it was quite pathetic, barely the size of a standard bowl. Central location is convenient, but it comes with issues, you're very close to Courtney Pl, so it can get noisy at night, esspecially seeing as this is on level 1. There is also a garage door that opens to empty the skip bin at around 5am every other day, this is right below the bedroom window, and it is extremely loud.
