The house has some drawbacks, like horrific water pressure when the shower is at its hottest setting and a consistently dripping shower. While the front two rooms are a great size, they can be cold, and you only get afternoon sun warming the house. On the plus side, the auto-locking front door and two heat pumps are nice features, and the location is convenient with New World and Willowbank chips nearby. The landlord is really lovely and chill, just be prepared for how tall he is!

The landlord is super tall, lovely, and very helpful. The best thing about the flat is the big rooms, but the worst thing is the shower pressure.
The house has spacious rooms and retains heat well thanks to the roof insulation, making it comfortable and homely despite its age and some wear and tear, like cracks and chips in the walls. The landlords are very friendly and responsive, always ready to help with any queries. However, it can get quite cold when there's no sunlight during the day.
The partial double glazing works a treat, and the kitchen is really good—no complaints there. The laundry isn't amazing, but you don't spend much time there anyway. The biggest issue is definitely the bathroom, which has low water pressure and acts as a heat sink for the main corridor. Our landlord is a great guy, very responsive to suggestions for improvement, and handled a damage issue fairly, though we did lose some bond money to cleaning costs, likely due to his higher standards.
This flat is very, very cold and somewhat damp, with depressing rooms that look onto the brick walls of our neighbors. While the landlord is good at responding to problems, they can be quite rude and strict, not even allowing my flatmates to store their stuff until January, despite the new tenants not moving in right away. On the bright side, the amazing carpet is a highlight, but the cold is definitely the worst thing about living here.
The house has a fireplace in a big lounge, which is definitely the best feature. However, the distance from amenities is a downside. Overall, it's a decent place to live.
The house has a great backyard and a spacious living room, which I really enjoyed. However, I did have issues with mould that were quite concerning. Overall, while the space was nice, the mould was a significant downside.
I really enjoyed living in this flat with its great, spacious rooms, which is definitely the best feature. However, the kitchen is quite small for four people cooking at once, and the house itself tends to be freezing cold and doesn't get much sun. On the plus side, the landlord is fantastic—prompt and reliable, living right behind the flat for any emergencies.
