Landlord
The flat has its perks, like plenty of sunlight upstairs, but it's poorly designed and constantly breaking down, with mould in the kitchen and vomit stains on the carpet that the landlord tries to make us responsible for. The front door is broken and often won't shut, which is a major safety concern in our dodgy neighborhood, but the landlord has no intention of fixing it. The worst part has been dealing with the property manager; after a lovely start, we were left in the dark about her replacement and faced unresponsiveness and lies when we needed help. Despite the good price, the experience has been frustrating.
