The house is quite cold, and the smallest bedroom doesn't get much sun, which is a downside. However, the landlord is awesome, and I really appreciate the cute garden, large rooms, desks included, and large mirrors in the rooms. The main drawbacks are the location and the coldness.

I really enjoyed living in this flat with its awesome couch, sunny kitchen, and good neighbours. The landlord was very good and dealt with all issues fast, which I appreciated. The best things were definitely the people, lounge, appliances, price, and area, though the worst was that it could be a bit coldish and the oven wasn't great. Plus, being close to Willowbank and having a fire service nearby was a bonus.
