The house was cheap and got the job done, with walls and a roof, but the overall quality left much to be desired. The property manager was chill and rarely visited, which was nice, but the loft room was useless, the floors were a bit soft, and I often dealt with spider bites. I affectionately nicknamed it "Spider Hill" or "The Moist Llama," and while the neighbors were alright, the dodgy road made things a bit sketchy. Overall, the best part was the price, but I wouldn't recommend it for anyone seeking quality.

The Moist Llama is a character flat located in the woods on the NEV side of Pine Hill, where you might find nudist neighbours enjoying themselves on their deck just 5m away while you sip drinks on your own flat deck. The owners are lovely, but the property manager is a goon who ignores calls and repair requests. While the flat stays cool in hot summers, it has a leaky roof, extra flatmates in the form of possums, and the freezer doubles as a heater in winter.
Living at The Moist Llama was quite the experience. It's a cold, wet hole in winter, and the smell from the loft was unbearable, like something died up there. The landlord is useless, and I wouldn't expect to get my bond back. Honestly, the best part was leaving and never looking back.
