Landlord
The house is extremely cold because they never blocked the chimney, and there's no insulation with the brick walls and wooden floors, making it certainly not ideal for families with kids. While the landlord is good to deal with, they fixed a few things poorly and are quite greedy; they claimed the house was newly renovated with everything brand new, but we just don't think it's worth the price. On the plus side, there's a shop and bus stop right outside on the main road, but watch out for Jarvis—you'll know soon enough.
