I loved the awesome loft space and good amenities in the house, although it was a bit cold and the mattress springs were pokey. The landlord was really nice and helpful, and she promptly addressed a leak with a builder. Overall, it’s an amazing space, but it might be a bit expensive.

The house is a cool spot with a great size and location, but the parking is average, and the roof leaks. The landlady is negligent, taking a week to respond and potentially months to address any issues, always opting for the cheapest solutions. Overall, while I appreciate the size and location, the leaking roof is a significant downside.
The house has a lot of character and is spacious, but dealing with the landlord has been frustrating. The roof leaks and they are unwilling to fix it properly, leading to one room being almost completely flooded. The property management team often disregards the RTA, and the lack of soundproofing makes it uncomfortable.
