The landlord was the issue, with lazy fixes and it took four months to replace the washing machine. I definitely do not recommend renting from him. The best part was that it was only a one-year lease, but the worst part was that I felt stuck there for that entire year.

I had a terrible experience renting this flat. I went five months without a washing machine and had no contact with the landlord, who was dodgy with money and even asked for rent in cash. The only positive was that it was only a one-year lease, but that also meant a year-long commitment I wouldn't want to repeat. I would never rent from this landlord again.
The house has bad curtains, heats up quickly in the lounge, and suffers from a high amount of condensation, which also causes a damp smell. On the plus side, there are lots of bathrooms and a good backyard. The landlord is pretty fast to respond to all requests.
The house has a nice balcony, which is definitely the best feature. However, the noise from the street can be quite bothersome at times. Overall, it's a decent place to live.
