The flat has a lot of issues, including no exhaust hood for the stove, a tiny kitchen without a dishwasher, and inadequate drainage in both the bathroom and kitchen, which makes everything wet all the time. There's no bathroom fan, and opening the window in winter for a shower isn't ideal. The only positives are the cheap rent and the location. Overall, I would say the worst part is everything listed.
