The flat is really neat and cosy, situated minutes from the city on the top floor of an old, quiet apartment building with a lovely view of the bush and ocean from the veranda. While it doesn't have a lot of storage and there's some mould in the bathroom, the small kitchen is functional, and the recently renovated bathroom is a nice touch. The landlords, a young man and his parents, are brilliant and easy to deal with, quickly fixing any issues that arise. Plus, the rent includes MySky, rubbish collection, and an off-street carpark, which is a definite plus!
