I found the lounge to be a nice space that's easy to heat with the heat pump, and the dishwasher and double door fridge freezer are great bonuses. The landlord is really helpful, and I can't imagine anyone having a bad experience with him. The best features are the decent kitchen, living area, and bathroom, although the flat isn't particularly warm; overall, it's pretty decent, and I would recommend it to anyone else.

The house has a very small kitchen and a tiny living room, but the rooms are sweet and quite big. The landlord is responsive; if something needs doing, just ask him and he will get onto it really quickly. Overall, the best thing about the flat is the spacious rooms, while the worst part is definitely the kitchen.
