The flat has big rooms and great showers, but it was quite cold in winter and half of it was dark due to limited sunlight. When we arrived, the place was not tidy, with old furniture, a messy yard, and many repairs needed, which took weeks to address. The property manager was initially slow to respond to our complaints, but after we issued a notice, things improved rapidly. The landlord is very friendly, and once we followed up, we had no further issues.

The flat is absolutely freezing and hard to heat, with condensation on the windows every day, making it mouldy and damp. It’s difficult to dry clothes, and only the top two bedrooms get sunlight. While the landlord’s agent is terrible at replying to problems, they have addressed some of our issues. The best part of living here has been the people, but the mould is definitely the worst thing.
The location of the flat was great, but the thin walls made for poor soundproofing. Additionally, the landlord entered the property without our consent multiple times, even after we complained about it. Overall, the worst aspects were the lack of privacy due to the landlord's actions and the poor sound insulation.
I found the flat nice and conveniently close to uni, though parking can be a challenge if you have a car. The landlord is nice but can be quite strict about timely payments. The heat pump works well, but I worry about drunk people potentially damaging my car.
The house is close to the university, which is convenient. The landlord is a good landlord, and the room is big enough for my needs. However, one downside is that your car can be damaged by drunk people.
The flat has an awesome sized living area and kitchen, with a great deck and plenty of room for activities, making it perfect for social folk. However, the foundations are poor, and none of the bedrooms get sunlight, resulting in damp and cold rooms. While the landlord usually addresses issues fairly quickly, the overall condition of the place leaves much to be desired. The best aspect is definitely the size of the social area, lounge, and deck, but unfortunately, none of it is in good shape.
The house is mouldy and very cold, with no sunlight at all. Overall, it’s not a pleasant living situation.
This flat is terrible; it's very damp in the last downstairs room, and there's an ongoing mouse and rat problem. The insulation is minimal, making it very cold, and the landlord is difficult to deal with, often raising her voice and doing little to address issues. While the physical layout of the flat is decent, everything else, including the unreliable 'free internet' and frequent light circuit failures, makes living here frustrating.
The house has a serious mouse problem, terrible internet, and no insulation, making it freezing. The landlord comes over too often but takes weeks to fix anything; we dealt with a severe mouse infestation for over four weeks without resolution. While the people here are great, the house itself is overpriced and not worth it.
I found the flat to be really warm and pretty dry, making it a very cozy wee space. The property manager is great, although the owner can be quite strict when he comes around. The best part is its sunny location, which is close to both the university and town, but the downside is that there's very little parking available.
