The house has amazing views and an awesome large porch, all at a bargain price for the location. However, while it’s not too old, it has been shoddily built, and things are constantly falling apart. The landlord is a nice guy but a bit chaotic and unorganized. The best things are definitely the views, porch, and price, but it's cold and has no sound insulation.
