I wouldn't recommend this flat to anyone. It's cold, wet, and damp, with no insulation and huge gaps around the doors and windows. The landlord is not interested in making necessary repairs and seems more focused on collecting rent than maintaining the property. Honestly, there's nothing good about living here.
