The house has big rooms, but it can be very cold and damp. The landlord is pretty good, and the best thing about the place is its proximity to uni. However, the coldness is definitely the worst aspect.

The house has nice rooms, but it can get quite cold. The landlord is very on to it, which is a plus. However, the shower pressure is the worst thing about the place.
The flat is easy to heat, but during winter, the condensation on the concrete walls can be quite annoying. I feel that paying over $100 for rent isn't worth it, especially considering the average property management that took a while to respond to issues. The best thing about the place is definitely the location, but the size is the worst aspect.
