The uni flat is always warm and clean, which I really appreciate. The landlord helps me solve all flat problems as quickly as possible and responds fast. The best thing about the place is that it's clean and dry, but the worst aspect is the not-so-good room structure with two layers.

I found the flat to be very nice and well-located, which is definitely its best feature. The landlord is very helpful and responds quickly to any issues. However, the soundproofing could be better.
Overall, the flat is in good condition and the location is great. The landlord is very helpful and responds quickly to any concerns. The best things about the flat are its location and condition, but it is not very soundproof.
The house has a tiny kitchen and feels damp with no sunlight, making it cold and uncomfortable. While the landlord responds and sets times to meet, they often don’t show up. The best part about living here is the people, but the worst aspects are definitely the dampness and cold.
The house has decent rooms that are relatively warm and sunny, with built-in wardrobes and a balcony, but there's wasted space in the kitchen and bathroom, and the funky electrical wiring is a concern. Unfortunately, the landlord is dodgy, very unresponsive, and slack, taking up to 8 months to return the bond. Overall, the best aspects are the room sizes, while the worst is definitely the landlord and the kitchen.
The location of the flat is the best thing about it, but everything else is lacking. The roof leaks, and the landlord dodged the issue, leaving me with atrocious condensation due to moisture in the roof and walls. Overall, the landlord is incompetent and petty.
