I really liked the great property manager and the good-sized living area and rooms. The landlord was quick to respond, sorted things out fast, and was easy to communicate with. The best thing about the flat is definitely its size, but the worst part is that it's easy to hear noise.

The house is pretty cold with really thin walls and gets no sun, which means it maintains zero heat and is very cold. On the plus side, it's small, so when you heat it, it doesn't take long to warm up. The landlord is a nice person, but it takes a while to get back to us and a long time to get anything done.
The house has a good size kitchen, rooms, and general spaces, along with two bathrooms that include two showers and toilets, plus a backyard. The best feature is the new bathroom, but the rooms are really cold and hard to heat. On the plus side, the landlord is really organized and addresses issues straight away, making him a really good landlord!
I lived in a nice warm flat with decent-sized rooms and a great lounge/living area, plus a heat pump, which was a bonus. The landlord was a very nice guy and approachable; any repairs needed were taken care of ASAP. The best part was the modern-ish feel of the place, though heating the upstairs areas could be a bit challenging.
The TV that came with the flat was pretty sweet, and the new owner, who took over halfway through the year, made a lot of improvements, including fixing the washing machine quickly when it broke down and adding insulation to the walls. The bedrooms are a good size with plenty of sun out the back, but the bathroom can be a bit cold in winter, and the oven looks like it's from the 1940s.
