Living in this flat has been a nightmare. The house is damp and cold, with three different types of mold in most rooms, and the insulation is terrible. The landlord is one of the most despicable human beings I've ever dealt with, coming into the property whenever he wants. Honestly, the best part is that I'm leaving it; where do I even start with the worst things?

The location is fantastic and rent is affordable, but it's a very loud area—expect booming music at 2am on a Tuesday and drunk screaming girls the night before your exam. The landlord is a good guy, very reasonable and approachable, though it may take a while to get maintenance done; we once went five days without a working shower. Overall, the handy location gives it a scarfie feel, but the noise from surrounding flats can be a real downside.
