The sunny living room heats up well despite the plastic roof, and the front two rooms get heaps of sun in spring and summer, though they don't get much in winter, while the other rooms are fairly cold. The landlord is good and replaced the washing machine and dryer fairly quickly when they broke. The best thing about the flat is definitely the lounge, but the worst part is the gaps in the windows and doors.

The flat is decent with good-sized bedrooms, but it gets extremely cold, especially in winter, and has multiple drafts, particularly from the ranch doors. While the kitchen and living room are nice, the shower pressure is just okay—not powerful but not a trickle either. We've had some issues with our property manager in resolving minor problems, and the bathroom could really use a revamp. On the plus side, the location is great, with a library nearby for some warmth.
The house itself was unremarkable, but my experience with the landlord was frustrating; simply put, you suck. There wasn't really a standout feature to highlight, nor any significant downside to mention.
