Landlord
The house is very damp, cramped, and poorly ventilated with little sunlight. The landlord's contract takes away power from tenants, forcing us to defer to the head tenant, who is in a relationship with the landlord, making any complaints feel groundless. I also found it frustrating that unnecessary charges were deducted from our bond, which was never lodged with a bond company. The only good thing about this place is the nearby dairy, but the landlord and head tenant are definitely the worst part of the experience.
