The back half of the flat doesn't get any sun, but the front two rooms are great. The landlord is helpful and responsive, which I appreciate. The best thing about the flat is the modern kitchen, but the worst thing is that it can get quite cold.

The flat is conveniently close to uni, with big rooms and plenty of heat pumps, which is a major plus. However, like any other flat, it can get quite cold, and I can hear people walking around upstairs. The landlord is responsive, so reaching out to him is easy if needed. Overall, the heat pumps and spaciousness are great, but the cold floors and noise can be a downside.
The house has a heat pump in every room, which is great for comfort. The landlord responds pretty quickly to any issues, which I appreciate. The best thing about this flat is definitely the location, but the worst part is the mattresses that have been sitting outside all year.
The house doesn't get a lot of sun and can get quite cold at times, but it has a homely feel that I really appreciate. Our landlord is very helpful and addresses any problems we have really quickly.
The bottom room is warmer than the rest, and the good-sized rooms and very nice bathrooms make it a comfortable place to live. The landlord is very responsive and sociable, always willing to help and quick to fix any issues. Overall, it's just a good all-round flat, although the lack of sun is a downside.
The house has a fantastic location, which is definitely its best feature. The landlord is very responsive and helpful, making the rental experience smooth. However, the lack of sun in the house is a downside.
The house can be quite cold and doesn't get much sun, which is definitely a downside. However, the landlord is very nice and always comes through when I need to remind him about things. On the plus side, the furniture is of good quality, the place is clean and reasonably new, and it has double glazing.
The house has a good location and modern features, with nice bedrooms, but it really needs a better bathroom. The landlord is generally good, though he could use a little encouragement. Overall, the best thing about the flat is definitely the location, while the bathroom is the worst aspect.
I lived in a purpose-built flat rather than an old villa, which was great. The landlord, who was my flatmate's dad, was very diligent and solved any issues that came up quickly. The best part was the location—just 2 minutes to uni—and it was warm enough that I didn't need my own heater this year.
The house is fully furnished and has a huge bathroom, which I really appreciate. However, the worst part is that there’s no sun. Overall, it's a decent place to live.
The house itself was fine, but the best thing about it was definitely the bathrooms. On the downside, it could get quite cold at times. Overall, my experience was a mixed bag.
The house has a good bathroom, but the washing machine is crap. The best thing about it is the location, while the worst aspects are the small lounge and the kitchen, which is pretty bad.
