Our rent is $322 for a large room for two people, which is insulated and double glazed, but it gets way too hot in the summer without a fan or air conditioning. Parking is a nightmare, as the driveway only fits two cars, and residents mostly keep to themselves. While the place is mostly decent and fully furnished with power and internet, the landlord is unhelpful and has neglected issues like a missing rubbish bin for a month and broken window latches that let in draughts. The kitchen and freezer are cluttered with items from past tenants, making it hard to find space for our stuff.

The kitchen and lounge are tiny but super warm, especially when the sun shines in or the heat pump is on, and the shower pressure is amazing, though it does waste hot water. The landlord is really responsive and friendly, but sometimes forgets things we've asked. The best parts are the warm lounge and great shower pressure, while the worst is the cold, damp rooms that are hard to heat. The wardrobe space was really good, but that’s about it.
The house is pretty small, with a tiny kitchen, but it's insulated and the lounge gets really good sun, making it warm during the day. The heat pump works well, so if you like your flatmates, it's a good place to be. The landlord is really good and responds almost immediately to any issues, though the downside is that most rooms don't get any sun in winter.
The flat is nice enough and fully furnished with fibre internet included, but it gets pretty cold in winter, especially in the front two rooms, which have an uneven surface and thin walls. The heat pump is decent but expensive to run. On the plus side, the landlord is fair, responds quickly, and gets things done, and the best feature is the nice new bathroom. Overall, the cold is definitely the worst aspect.
The house has a great location, but it can get quite cold, and the back room by the bathroom tends to be really moist. On the plus side, it's fully furnished and has internet, which is mean as. The landlord is also quick to fix any issues that arise.
The house is conveniently close to the university, which is definitely the best thing about it. However, the worst part is that I have to share a room. Overall, it's a mixed experience.
The house has a great location, which is definitely the best thing about it. The landlord is very friendly and effective, making communication easy. However, the worst thing is that the place can be quite damp.
