I really enjoy living in this flat, especially the awesome kitchen and huge lounge, which were renovated in summer '14/'15. All the rooms can fit a double bed, desk, and wardrobe, and the separate segments of the bathroom make sharing easy. However, the rooms vary in size and warmth, and it gets very cold in winter, making the heating system costly to run. On the plus side, the landlord is quick to respond and genuinely cares about the property, even if the rent is a bit high due to the renovations. Plus, the neighbor's cat loves to hang out!
