The flat has nice big rooms, good quality curtains, and a spacious living room with a fireplace, which I really enjoy. However, it can get quite cold since there’s no central heating, the windows aren’t airtight, and the kitchen is too small for a five-bedroom flat. The landlord communicates promptly and visits regularly, but maintenance can take 3-4 weeks since she hires others to do the work.

The house has a nice layout with fairly large rooms, a great fireplace, and wall-to-wall carpeting, but the windows aren't air-tight, the sleepout leaks, and the kitchen is too small for five tenants. The landlord is responsive and present but quite strict; while she addresses complaints proactively, it often takes weeks for repairs to be made. The best feature is the spacious living room and fireplace, while the worst aspects are the lack of heating and the cramped kitchen.
