The house is warm, and I really appreciate the very nice landlord. The best thing about this flat is definitely the location, and honestly, I can't think of anything negative to say—there's nothing I dislike.

I found the house to be warm, which made it very comfortable. The landlord is very nice, and the best thing about the flat is definitely the location. Honestly, I can't think of anything negative to say—there's nothing I would change.
The house has decent insulation and heating, but it really needs carpet. Unfortunately, the landlord is useless, which makes the experience frustrating. On the plus side, it's great for 10 people and has a fantastic location, but the cold and the landlord are definitely the worst aspects.
The house is very spacious with a fairly modern bathroom and kitchen, and I love the perfect central location and cool backyard. The landlords are friendly and helpful, quickly addressing any issues we had. However, the kitchen gets quite damp when cooking, and it can be very loud on weekends due to Boogie nights across the road, along with noise from the flats upstairs. Additionally, it doesn't get a lot of sun, making it hard to heat. Overall, the best things are the location and space, but the noise on weekends can be a downside.
The kitchen was awesome, with a great long table for beer pong, and the location was fantastic. However, the rooms were a bit yuck; I shared the largest room with my boyfriend, which had a heat pump, but the walls and carpet were pretty scody and it got quite cold in winter. We didn't have much interaction with our landlord, and I don't think I met him once. Overall, the dingy rooms didn't get much light, which was a downside.
