I really enjoy living here, especially because of the good backyard and nice-sized rooms. The heat pump and furnished setup are great perks too. The landlord is extremely helpful and quick to fix things, although she occasionally shows up unannounced, which isn't too bothersome. The only downside is the high roofs and drafts, but overall, the location makes it worth it.

The house has a small kitchen but large bedrooms, which is definitely the best feature. There's no wall insulation, but the nice backyard is great for small gatherings. The landlord is easy to approach and gets things sorted ASAP, making the experience smoother overall.
The house has a small kitchen with limited storage, which is definitely the worst thing about it. However, the lounge heats up quickly thanks to the heat pump, and the best part is the location to the gym. The landlord is responsive and will listen to your concerns, acting quickly to address them.
The front rooms are freezers, making the house freezing and very noisy. The landlord was good, but she wouldn't make repairs or put in effort without considerable forward communication. On the bright side, the location is great, and the backyard is a nice feature.
The house was freezing, very damp, and received minimal sunshine, making it generally miserable to live in. While the landlord was good to deal with, they unnecessarily hiked the price of the flat. The small living room was easy to heat, but the horrible location on Harbour Tce was noisy and damp, so I do not recommend living there, no matter what flat it is.
The main living room and kitchen are very small, but that makes it warm when cooking, though the lack of a bathroom window was a bit of a hassle. The landlord was prompt with responses and quick to fix things, but I got the feeling he didn't like students. The best thing about the flat is the color, while the worst is definitely the dampness.
