The house is conveniently located just a block away from Starters Bar, which is great for those who enjoy going out, but it can get very noisy on Thursday and Saturday nights, with people peeing on the fence. While the landlord responds quickly to messages, it took him about five months to fix a part of the ceiling that was hanging down, despite me notifying him right after it happened. The moisture in the house was so bad that I had to buy a humidifier. On the plus side, it’s close to both the university and town.

The house is pretty standard with only one toilet and one shower, but they are separate, and overall it feels clean and modern. The landlord is a mixed bag, with both good and bad aspects. The best thing about the place is how clean and modern it is, and honestly, I can't think of anything I dislike.
I found the flat to be close to uni, which was great, but the landlord was very rude and intrusive, making my experience quite unpleasant. Overall, the worst part of living here was definitely the landlord.
The house itself was fine, but the landlord was very rude and intrusive, which made the experience less enjoyable. The best thing about the flat was its close proximity to the university, but unfortunately, the landlord was definitely the worst aspect of living there.
