The flat is in a great location and has a lovely sun-soaked deck in the afternoon, but the noise from the thin floor between upstairs and downstairs can be a problem, especially with heavy-footed flatmates. The big backyard is nice, though it's hard to maintain due to rampant weeds. We experienced some dampness issues, but the property manager was helpful, albeit a bit slow in addressing repairs. Overall, the best aspect is definitely the location, while the lack of soundproofing is the worst.
