The flat was very cold with no insulation, and there was mould growing everywhere, which made it uncomfortable. While the awesome rooms and good kitchen were a plus, the disgusting carpet in the bathroom was off-putting. Initially, the landlord was amazing, but after switching to a property manager, I found them quick to reply but not very helpful with flat issues. The best part was the pretty rooms and location, but the cold was definitely the worst aspect.

The house is quite old, and while the heat pump is positioned right above the sliding door, it does warm up the living room nicely when dinner is cooked. The landlord is very efficient, which is a plus. However, the place can be quite cold at times, despite the living room being the best feature.
The house was generally good, but the best thing about it was the cleanliness. However, the worst aspect was the lack of an extractor fan in the kitchen. Overall, it had its pros and cons.
The location of the flat is definitely the best thing about it, but it's also cold and quite expensive. Overall, while the house has its perks, the drawbacks make it less appealing.
The house is cold, and unfortunately, the landlord is also cold. The best thing about this flat is its location, but the coldness really detracts from the overall experience.
The house is cold, which is definitely a downside along with the price. However, the best thing about it is the shower, which I really enjoy.
