I had a fantastic experience living in this extremely warm, modern house with double-glazed windows, insulation, and central heating. The kitchen amenities were great, and the amazing views across Dunedin were a huge bonus. The only downside was the steep driveway, but it was worth it for the off-street parking. The landlords were incredibly helpful and responsive, making the whole experience even better. I highly recommend this place!

The house has lots of space and everything is new and modern, making it feel more like a home than a flat, though the driveway is hideous and the access is a downside. The landlord is lovely, kind, and very generous. The best part is the abundance of natural light throughout the place.
I really enjoy living in this flat; it's extremely warm with double glazing, insulation, and central heating, plus the amazing view across Dunedin is a bonus. The plush carpet makes it comfortable to walk around barefoot. Our landlord is the most lovely and understanding person, always responding to our requests the same day and willing to help us with anything. The only downside is the driveway access, but it does provide off-street parking.
The house is warm and offers a great view, which are definitely the best things about it. The landlord is easy to deal with, making the rental experience smoother. However, the sound levels can be an issue.
