The house is a small, dark, cold hole, though the lounge heats up quickly thanks to the heat pump, and the location is great with Campus Wonderful right outside. The property manager was nice, but resolving issues took a while since they had to go through the landlord, who relied on incompetent builders—likely family friends—resulting in many problems remaining unfixed. Overall, the best thing about this place is the location, while the worst is definitely the cold and damp conditions.

The house has significant issues, as most rooms get zero hours of sunlight, making it freezing, mouldy, and damp. The landlords also mentioned that the flat isn't insulated, which only adds to the discomfort. Overall, my experience here has been quite negative.
I found the house to be conveniently close to campus, which was a major plus. However, I would advise future tenants to be cautious when choosing roommates, as the thin walls made it difficult to avoid sound disturbances. Overall, it had its pros and cons.
