The flat has a nice-sized bedroom and lounge for two people, but the other bedroom is quite small with a tiny window that gets no sun. While the rest of the flat has plenty of windows for sunlight, it can be quite damp in the old bathroom, which often has issues. The landlord is slow to respond and prefers to fix things himself, which can be frustrating when repairs don't hold up. On the plus side, the location is great—right near the university yet surprisingly quiet.
