I found the house easy to keep warm, with a nice sunny clothesline area that gets great morning sun, especially in summer. However, it does get quite damp. The landlord was very helpful and quick to respond to any issues I had.

The house was pretty cold and damp, making it prone to mould, especially with things left close to the ground. It felt a bit nicer than some other flats, particularly with a modern bathroom, but the older bathroom wasn’t the best and was hardly used. We were fortunate to have a new landlord halfway through the year, who was easily contactable, especially after the hassle with Mana Property Management. Overall, it’s a cute place with a nice view from the roof, but it’s quite small for five adults and has its issues.
The flat is brand new with double glazing and excellent insulation, making it very warm and toasty. The landlord is great at maintaining the property, always listens, and quickly addressed my request for a larger kitchen sink. With a new heat pump, heaters in each room, and a shower dome to save on power bills, it's a comfortable place to live. The only downside is the steps I have to walk up.
The house has a living room that heats up well with the heat pump, and while the rooms are reasonably large with high roofs, they can be cold. Our landlord has been easy to get along with, looking after us and being reasonable throughout the year. The best part is the large, nice kitchen with a great view, though the worst part is the walk up the hill to get there.
The flat is very big, which makes the rooms cold, but the lounge heats up well with the heat pump. It gets a lot of sun since it's up on the hill, though walking up the hill to get there is a tax. The landlord is easy-going and quick to respond to inquiries, and the best thing about the place is definitely the view.
The house has lots of space and a good view, but it’s very cold, and the walls are paper thin, which can be distracting, especially if your flatmate sounds like a gorilla when fornicating. The pantry is good, but the living room floor isn't very strong, making it not ideal for parties. Our landlord takes too long to fix anything and we only see him if we contact him, but other than that, he seems alright. The best part is definitely the view, the space, and the flat ghost.
The flat has an awesome view, which is great on sunny days, but it’s bloody cold, even by Dunedin standards. The fire doesn’t warm up the living room much, and the bedroom feels like a fridge in winter. The landlord is nice enough, but it can be very hard to get a hold of them, and it took two months to fix some issues, like the oven that doesn't close properly and the shower that lacks pressure and volume.
The house is freezing cold and moldy, and the worst part is definitely the landlord. On the bright side, my flatmates are great, which makes living here a bit more bearable.
The flat has big rooms, but the walls are quite brittle and will collapse easily. We were told it was haunted, and we've experienced a few strange occurrences, though 'booty' is friendly and knows how to cohabit. The landlord is a nice guy and pretty relaxed, but he can be a bit slow to respond to complaints.
The house has great storage space and a nice kitchen, which I really appreciate. The landlord is pretty helpful if you need anything, but the worst part is that there's no sun.
The house is good, but the landlord can be a bit awkward. The best part about living here is definitely the people, although it can get quite cold at times.
