The flat has a good location, but it does have quite a bit of mould, which is the worst part. The path isn't as frosty as I expected, though the skylights do get condensation that drips down. The landlord takes a long time to address issues, which can be frustrating.

The house gets some good sun in the afternoons, which I love, but it can be quite damp at times. I also find the noise from people coming down the metal stairs upstairs to be quite disruptive. The slight seclusion is nice, and while the landlord is pretty good at getting issues sorted, they could improve their communication.
The flat gets some nice afternoon sun, which is definitely the best thing about it. However, it can be damp and there's quite a bit of condensation in places. Showers are good, but the noise from the upstairs flat can be bothersome since the place isn't the most soundproof. The landlord isn't the best at communication, but they do get things done quickly enough.
The flat is very cold, which is definitely a downside. My flatmates and I had a frustrating experience with the landlord over a fridge issue caused by a piece of chicken left in there. He refused to return our bond, insisting on using it to buy a new fridge instead of just cleaning it out, which felt unfair and unprofessional. On a positive note, my bedroom is the best part of the flat.
I lived in a nice one-bedroom flat with a lovely layout and plenty of afternoon sun, plus a good outside area. However, the current property managers aren't the best; they can take a long time to respond and sometimes are completely unresponsive to maintenance requests. I've learned to live with some issues because it's often too much hassle to get them fixed, but the property has just been sold, so hopefully, the management will improve soon.
I lived in a big flat with reasonably sized rooms and a pretty new bathroom, which I appreciated. The location was good, and the landlord replied on time and was overall helpful. However, it does get pretty cold, which was the worst part of my experience.
I lived in a small one-bedroom flat that is part of a building with three other flats, and we made the outside area into a nice patio/garden. The inside of the flat was nice, and the property managers were good. However, the noise from the other flats was a downside.
The house has one room that is very damp and mouldy, which is definitely the worst thing about it. The landlord rarely drops in and doesn't always reply to texts, making him very bad at dealing with problems in the flat. On a positive note, the deck gets lovely afternoon sun.
The house had a good view, which was definitely a highlight. However, the worst part was having to walk up a b**** of a hill to get to it. Overall, my experience was mixed.
The location of the flat is the best aspect, but the house itself has significant issues, including non-working extinguishers and an illegal lightbulb setup. The landlord is dodgy, and overall, the place feels cold and dirty.
The best thing about the flat was the good view, which I really enjoyed. However, the worst part was having to walk up a bitch of a hill to get there.
The house was fine, but the landlord was unresponsive at times. The best thing about living here was the location, which was really convenient. However, the worst thing was the lack of maintenance, as some issues took too long to be addressed.
