The flat has a great location with good-sized rooms and a nice backyard. The upstairs gets great sun, though the downstairs can get a bit cold, but there are no issues with mould, and dampness is easily fixed. The living area is ideal for hanging out or setting up parties, and the layout is the best part. The only downside is having to walk up a hill, but I’ve never met the landlord since we’ve never had any problems with the flat.

The house is easy to heat and features upgraded kitchen and bathrooms, along with good bedrooms. The landlord responds quickly and addresses any issues promptly. While the best aspects include the landlord and the home's warmth, the worst thing is that it can still get cold at times.
The house is really warm upstairs with a great living area and a little outdoor space for gatherings. It has five fairly evenly sized bedrooms that don’t get moisture build-up, and the landlord is great, providing us with what we needed and keeping the garden clear. Overall, it’s clean and tidy, but the downside is that it can be cold downstairs.
I really enjoyed living in this nice and clean flat, which has a cute private backyard and a cozy lounge area that warms up easily. The bedrooms are all of similar size, and the flat is overall in great condition. The landlord is the best you could ask for—he's friendly, quick to help with any issues, and maintains the gardens well. The only downside is that with all four bedrooms downstairs, it can feel isolating if you go to your room.
I really enjoy living in this flat; it's a great place and much warmer upstairs than downstairs. The landlord is lovely and quick to address any issues we have. Overall, it's a really great flat for its price, though it can be quite cold downstairs, which I assume is common in most flats.
I found the flat to be awesome and really reasonable, with an easy-to-heat lounge and kitchen area. The upstairs stays warm, but it can get pretty cold downstairs. The landlord is great—approachable and quick to solve any issues. The best features are the well-set-up space, nice rooms, and an awesome backyard, though there are some gaps in the windows and doors, and the shower pressure isn't the best.
The flat is really tidy and reasonably warm compared to most, with the added bonus of a small backyard. Our landlord is very generous and keen to make our flat as comfortable as possible for us. The best part is that it's warm upstairs, but the downside is that it isn't so warm downstairs.
The flat is super warm and gets heaps of sun in all the bedrooms, although there can be a fair amount of condensation in winter and the walls are thin, which leads to noise. The landlord is a great guy who is constantly improving the place every year. The best things about the flat are its location and the sun, but the noise can be a downside.
The house has a lot of sun and warmth, which is definitely the best thing about it. However, the neighbors can be a bit of a downside. Overall, it's a decent place to live.
