The house is spacious with both upstairs and downstairs bathrooms and working fireplaces, which is great. However, it gets mouldy easily since they just paint over it, and condensation is a real issue. The landlord is really nice and helpful, but he’s often out of the country, leaving us with horrible property managers who won’t help.

The house has good, large rooms and is a beautiful family home with an amazing view of Dunedin, which is definitely the best thing about it. However, there are significant issues like a broken window latch, lack of insulation, ventilation problems, and a mold issue in one upstairs bedroom, all of which the property managers ignored. The landlord is great but mostly absent, leaving us to handle the property managers, which adds to the frustration of dealing with the damp conditions.
