135 Harbour Terrace

I really like this flat; it has a nice aesthetic and very limited mould, plus it gets good afternoon sun. The heat pump heats the rooms quickly, and the carpet and paint are relatively new, except for one room. The property manager is approachable and quick to fix any issues, which is great, but the massive hill and driveway can be a bit of a hassle.
