The house is in a great spot with a nice outdoor area, but it's very creaky and cold. Unfortunately, the landlord neighbor is an alcoholic who enters the property whenever he wants, making it feel less like a rental and more like boarding. Overall, the location is the best part, while the landlord is definitely the worst.
