Flat is generally good, landlords are nice to interact with but slow to act on issues that arise. There was a leak in the water heater in the roof, it has taken them more than four months to get the renovations actually started and now the repairs are 90% done we are stuck waiting on wallpaper due to the landlords not ordering wallpaper in a timely manner. The property itself is alright, the heat-pump and HRV keeps the house relatively warm but it could do with an update to the windows as they let in a cold drafts. The back lawn is nice and the washing line dries things nicely in summer/spring, the grass directly below it gets very wet after rain though due to poor drainage.
