The house has poor electrical wiring that may be dangerous, and it's very damp and mouldy, despite being well insulated. The landlord refuses to spend any money on maintenance, expects us to waterblast the property, and charges illegal wastewater fees while making us pay for pre-existing damage. On the bright side, the VDSL internet connection is a plus, but the mould is definitely the worst aspect.
