HIGHLY reccomend this property for the property manager ! When I was renting it it was with Personal Property Management and I ADORED the property manager. The flat is warm, dry and double glazed so you don't hear anything despite being on the terrace. The neighbours were a bit brutal on the road side (once yelled at us for having a car that wasn't even ours parked outside the garage), but you do have a garage washer and dryer which makes up for no room for a washing line. It's a townhouse so you can see the other flats around you/are very close to your neighbours, but we didn't have many issues since everyone kept to themselves. Its a great flat for the value, it's a bit scuffed up on the inside, but that's fine for a student flat since it means if you dent any of the walls/scuff the carpet no one will mind. Loved my time here, was a shame to leave.
