The flat was cheap when I lived there at $80 per room, but it was freezing cold and I found mould all through my belongings. The male landlord was reasonable and eventually fixed the oven after we reported it multiple times, but his partner was a complete nightmare. On New Year's Eve, they made us return to the flat to shout at us about cleaning messes we didn’t create, and they froze our bond over a mark on a light switch that was already there when we moved in. The best part was getting my bond back, but the landlords really made the experience awful.
