The house has a good location with great sun, and while the living space is compact and poorly laid out, we never heard anyone from the lift shaft. Unfortunately, dealing with the property management company was an absolute nightmare; they were arrogant and slow to resolve issues, making the experience frustrating. On a positive note, the evening sun and views were the best aspects of the flat.

The apartment had a great location and was huge, with a big balcony that offered a sliver of direct sunlight each day. The landlord was fair and trustworthy, really looking after us and being upfront about everything. The best aspects were definitely the space and location, but the worst was the lack of light and the smell from smokers on other floors, which flooded the apartment with stank and left it with no air circulation.
