The flat is big and has a lovely kitchen, but it can get very cold in winter, although the fire and heat pump make it warm and cozy. I appreciate that I can't hear much from the rooms, but the property manager isn't helpful. On the bright side, the landlord is amazing and addresses any issues right away.

The flat is big, which is definitely a plus, but it gets very cold in winter, especially downstairs. I had a mouse problem all year, and in the summer, ants came up through a crack in the kitchen floor. The property managers are useless and slow to address issues, plus they try to hide problems like cracked window glass and peeling paint when you move in, only to charge you for them later.
The flat is cheap with big rooms that get good sun, which is a definite plus. However, it’s freezing in winter—I had to wear a puffer jacket, hat, and gloves inside unless the heater was blasting, but we didn’t use the heat pump since it’s right by the draughty front door. On the bright side, the property manager responds to problems quickly and is a decent sort, but the second bathroom makes some demonic noises.
The house is big and in really nice condition, with no mould or dampness, good insulation, and it's on the sunny side of the valley, featuring a fire and a sunroom. However, there are heaps of weeds, and the kitchen is dark and cold, which is a downside. The landlord is slow to address issues; for example, a huge hole in the shower with mould was still unfixed after nine months. Overall, the size is the best aspect of the flat, but the cold kitchen is definitely the worst.
