The house is situated up a nice big hill, offering a great view, which is definitely the best part. The landlord is responsive and will fix things that concern him, but he won't address issues that we want fixed. However, some of the rooms are tiny, which is a downside.

The house has a great view, but unfortunately, most of the windows do not open, and there's no insulation. The landlord is not willing to fix issues like leaky pipes, which is frustrating. Overall, while the view is a highlight, the lack of basic maintenance and comfort is disappointing.
