Living in this tiny flat with five rooms feels cramped, and I can hear my flatmates through the walls, which means we get to know each other quite well. The best feature is definitely the nearby dairy with its legendary $2 pies, and having a garage and off-street parking is a plus, though the garage often gets cluttered. Unfortunately, the property managers have raised the rent significantly over the years, and while it's somewhat close to the university and mall, the lack of heating and dodgy neighbors make it less appealing.
