The front two rooms in the house are spacious with high ceilings and receive the only sunlight, while the double glazing and gas hot water are definite perks. The landlord is generally willing to fix issues but often forgets and takes a long time to follow through. The best features are the bathroom and double glazing, but the downsides include a lack of sunshine, a cold atmosphere, a small kitchen, and the overall high rent.

The house has great storage under the staircase, a massive kitchen, and with 2 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms, I don’t have to share with many people. There are handy shortcuts to different streets, and it's away from street noise. The shower is literally so good that it is painful, so I don’t even need to have it on full blast, but it can be freezing in winter unless I use the heat pump. As for the landlord, there's nothing interesting to mention.
The house has damp and cold basement rooms, which is definitely a downside. However, the landlord is really quick to respond to any issues and helps almost instantly. The best thing about the flat is the location, but the cold is a significant drawback.
The house is very new and modern, with a nice balcony that's great for beer pong and gatherings. However, my experience with the landlord was frustrating; he would show up unannounced for inspections and even let himself in when we weren't home, which felt intrusive. He had unreasonable expectations for cleanliness and was terrible at communicating, often turning discussions into arguments. The best part of the place was definitely the showers, but the landlord was the worst aspect of my time there.
The house gets damp and moldy, even in the nicest room, and the plug for the TV doesn't work since the landlord wouldn't install one. On the positive side, the double glazed windows are great, and the landlord is really lovely 95% of the time—she replies quickly and is pretty understanding and friendly. However, the layout of the house is quite bad.
The house is on a lean, which is a bit concerning. However, the landlord is great and solves most problems that arise. The best thing about the flat is definitely the location, but the worst part is that it's too small for my needs.
I found the house to be warm, dry, and very close to uni, which is a huge plus. The landlord is lovely, very helpful, and easy to communicate with. The best thing about the place is its great location—private yet close to campus. However, the lack of sunlight in winter can be a downside.
The house has great shower pressure, which is definitely the best thing about it. However, it’s not very soundproof, which can be a downside. Overall, my experience has been mixed.
The house was decent, but the landlord was unresponsive at times, which was frustrating. The best thing about living here was the great location, while the worst thing was the lack of proper heating during winter. Overall, it had its ups and downs.
The house was decent, but the landlord was unresponsive to maintenance requests, which was frustrating. The best thing about the flat was its location, while the worst thing was the lack of heating during winter. Overall, it had its ups and downs.
