I had a tough experience with my flat rental. The landlord was very rude and hesitant to fix things that were on the chattels, which made living there difficult. On the bright side, the parties were a lot of fun, but I really struggled with how cold the place was. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it due to the horrible landlord.
