The house has big rooms and great storage, and it stays consistently warmer than outside, even with minimal heating, making it easy to ventilate. The landlord means well and is very chill, but I often have to nudge him to remember to do things; he responds quickly, but if I don't remind him, tasks might not get done. The best part about living here is the location, while the worst aspect is definitely the neighbors, who often throw things on the path or in our bins.

The house has a good kitchen and bathroom, but it can get very cold. The landlord does about half of the things he says he would. Overall, the kitchen is definitely the best feature, while the coldness is the worst aspect of living here.
The house has two bathrooms, which is great for four people, but it’s really cold. The landlord responds quickly via text, but it takes at least a week for them to come around, and I had to contact them multiple times about a leak before they finally called a plumber. Unfortunately, the problem took nearly a month to fix.
The house is very nice and modern, built in 2014, and I have to say the landlord is very good. The best things about the flat are the great water pressure and the sun upstairs, although it can be a bit cold downstairs, but it's still better than most flats.
The house itself is fine, but the best thing about it is definitely the deck, which I really enjoy. On the downside, it can get quite cold, which is a bit uncomfortable at times. Overall, my experience has been mixed.
